Proceedings of the XIXth International Congress of Penal Law published in RIDP - Information Society and Penal Law

The proceedings of the XIXth International Congress of Penal Law on "Information Society and Penal Law", which was held in Rio de Janiero, Brazil, from 30 August to 7 September 2014, have just been published in the newest issue of the RIDP. This issue includes the laudatios for the winners of the 2014 Hans-Heinrich Jescheck Prize - Eugenio Raúl Zaffaroni and Klaus Tiedemann - (RIDP 85 (2014) 545 ff.) as well as the minutes and the resolutions of the Congress (RIDP 85 (2014) 565 ff.). Moreover, this issue includes articles by Aronowitz/Koning on understanding human trafficking as a market system (RIDP 85 (2014) 669 ff.) and by Al-Eifan/Alayash on victim restitution in the kuwaiti legal system (AIDP 85 (2014) 697 ff.).
