Electronic vote for 11 members of the Board of Directors

Dear Members,

The electronic vote to elect part of the AIDP Board of Directors has started today at 11h45. Please note that in this way we will elect only maximum 11 members of the Board of Directors. All the other members of the Board of Directors will be elected during the General Assembly on 28 June 2024 in Paris.

As per our by-laws, all members who paid their dues for 2023 and 2024 are eligible to vote. All members who comply with this requirement according to our database should have received an invitation to vote to the email address we have in our database. Once you click on the link, you will be able to consult the list of candidates.

If you have not receive the invitation, but consider that you should be entitled to vote, please send an email to the secretariat (secretariat@penal.org) with the proof of payments of the dues for 2023 and 2024. In order to be processed the email must be sent on 18 June 2024 at the latest. If there was indeed a mistake, you will be provided with the invitation to vote at the latest on Thursday 20 June, which will still allow you to vote.

The voting process closes on Friday 21 June at 11h45.

Votes will be counted on Friday 21 June and results will be announced on the first day of the Congress.
